Deathtrap

One of my first attempts at creating a 3D printed prop! My friend was able to pull the game file of deathtrap and modified it so it could be printed. The plan was to have deathtrap be small and hang from my hand like it was mid summon.

I printed this on a Stratysis SST1200es FDM printer which prints in ABS with dissolvable supports. I decided not to post process this (think sanding and getting rid of layer lines) and instead decided to focus on the detailing paint work. Here is the final deathtrap model I use:
